• Best New Custom Home — $550,000 to $700,000
• Best New Custom Home — $2 Million to $2.5 Million

To be recognized in two very different custom home categories is something we are incredibly proud of. These homes may differ in size, scale, and budget, but they were built with the same philosophy: quality craftsmanship, intentional design, attention to detail, and a commitment to building homes the right way.

Awards like these are never the result of one individual or one company alone. They are the product of an entire team working together toward a common standard of excellence.

We want to sincerely thank the Home Builders Association for the work they do to support the building industry, promote professionalism, and recognize quality construction throughout our region. Their leadership and advocacy continue to strengthen the home building community across the Upstate.

We challenge our teams to pursue excellence on every project, and these awards are a direct reflection of the pride they take in their work every single day.
